A graduate of the Gregoire Ferrandi Haute Ecole de cuisine and from world-renowned starred establishments such as the Park Hyatt Place Vendôme , or the Le paris restaurant at the Lutetia hotel , Maxim Godigna created his Galia restaurant in 2015.

The chef’s cuisine is a Franco-South American fusion with a menu that changes every week according to his inspiration. All dishes are prepared on site from quality raw products.
